In an article about Tuscan food authored by Kevin Conley, Alan Tardi of the chic Follonico restaurant in Manhattan features the Umani Ronchi Rosso Conero "San Lorenzo" with his entire menu in the article. Tardi says with confidence that "…the Umani Ronchi San Lorenzo will complement this entire menu…"
