Selected as the 2nd highest scoring of the 100 Best Buys of 1999 in the year-end issue of the Wine Enthusiast. It scored a 92! The tasting notes from the Wine Enthusiast: "A delicious fruit bowl of a nose. Alive with strawberry and a nip of banana. Marvelous balance of tannins and acidity. So affordable for a wine so serious. A layered, complex finish ends the show."
