"PODERE CASALE" VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI D.O.C.

  • The most traditional Tuscan dessert wine
  • Grapes are dried on straw mats for about four months and then pressed. The must is then transferred into small oak casks called "caratelli" and there it rests for 4 to 5 years
  • Falchini owns and still utilizes for the Vin Santo the barriques that were used for the first vintages of Sassicaia
  • Gold color with amber reflections. Penetrating bouquet, dry, fruity, and oaky with a warm and harmonious taste
