"CORTE MENINI" SOAVE CLASSICO D.O.C.

- 100% Garganega from volcanic soil vineyards located in Castelcerino, in the Menini area. The vines are trained with the original Verona-style pergola system and they are on average 20 years old
- The grapes are harvested manually at the beginning of October, when the ripening is optimal
- After removing the stems, the grapes are pressed and immediately refrigerated, to undergo a short cryo-maceration prior to soft pressing
- The must ferments in temperature conditioned tanks and the wine matures for at least three months, in stainless steel containers with its own yeasts
- Delicate aromas of white peaches, apricots with hints of citrus lead to the typical almond aftertaste
- Accompaniments: appetizers, fish, shell fish, fresh cheeses

- 100% Garganega from vineyards located in the Brognolino area. The vines are trained with the original Verona-style pergola system
- The grapes are harvested manually in the middle of October, when they are fully ripe
- Trellised vine (pergola) with about 3000 plants per hectare (2.5 acres) and 15-18 buds per vine
- After soft pressing the de-stemmed grapes, the must is fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures for a month
- 30% of the wine is refined in oak casks, and 70% in steel containers where it remains until spring
- Rich aromas of apple, pineapple, with hints of sage, herbs lead to the typical almond aftertaste
- Accompaniments: soups, white meat, mild cheeses
