- The name "Cappellaccio" refers to the thin, calcareous crust found around 50 cm (20 inches) under the soil. This layer has to be broken to allow vines to be planted at adequate depths but has preserved the natural minerals from the erosion of time and weather
- Full expression of the outstanding characteristics of the Aglianico grape
- Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and refined for one year in the bottle
- Deep ruby color; fruity, rich bouquet displaying complex varietal characteristics
- Judiciously tannic but not too aggressive, with good potential for extended development

- Salice Salentino is the most typical red wine from the Salento area, the southern most part of Apulia located between Brindisi and Lecce
- The vinification is carried out to bring out the freshness of the fruit and to highlight the varietals' characteristics
- After a brief period in glass-lined vats, the wine matures 3-4 months in small, one-year-old oak barrels before being bottled
- Dense, purple-tinged, ruby red; good varietal nose, with hints of dried plum and cherry
- Generous and complex in the mouth, with excellent structure. The finish exhibits the pleasantly astringent note typical of Negroamaro

- Classic regional dessert wine produced in Central Apulia
- This variety expresses its best characteristics on the tufaceous soils outside the coastal town of Trani
- Harvest is carried out at the end of September by hand selecting the semi-dried grapes
- Aged for 4 months in Allier oak barriques, the wine acquires a slight spicy note
- Bright gold yellow color; intense Muscat varietal bouquet with a delicately tropical, spicy note
- Pleasantly sweet, rich and warm on the palate; well balanced, with layers of flavors ranging from honey to candied tropical fruit to vanilla
